There’s no doubt life is challenging right now, and building resilience is more important than ever – in life and work. It’s not a journey you need to take alone. While resilience has become another buzzword, this workshop is about making it REAL, RELEVANT, and PRACTICAL for the world we find ourselves living in. This session was designed to help you take stock of where you are, to leverage your strengths, and to learn ways to adapt to changes, challenges and uncertainty while proactively looking to the horizon.
